Earlier in September, Simon Ssenyonga, a lawyer and right-hand man of Uganda’s famous man of God, Prophet Elvis Mbonye made rounds on social media after he rented out an entire cinema hall at Acacia mall to propose to his girlfriend, Sharon Kyomugisha, a news anchor at Uganda’s national broadcaster, UBC.
Last week on Thursday, Ssenyonga had yet another surprise in store for his dear wife-to-be.
With the help of Kyomugisha’s girlfriends, the bride-to-be was thrown a lovely bridal shower at Royal Suites Bugolobi.
Although the event was fully organized and planned by Kyomugisha’s friends, Ssenyonga funded the entire bridal shower. 
Icandy decorated the venue with white and pink roses, drapings and a glass table.

The bride-to-be stood out in a gold knee-length dress that she coupled with sharp black stilettos as her friends stunned in all-white outfits, as it seemed to be the theme of the event.
Kyomugisha and her friends also spent the night at the Royal Suites, Bugolobi.
Ssenyonga says although the groom-to-be usually does not attend the bridal shower, he passed by to check on his bride-to-be and share a few light moments.
The two lovebirds have already gone through a kukyala ceremony and will have their kwanjula this Saturday, November 23, 2019 at Kyomugisha’s home in Bugolobi.
They will later have their wedding ceremony on December 6, 2019.
