Ssebunnya Sulaiman popularly known by his stage name \u2018Daxx Kartel\u2019, and Mariam Naluwooza<\/span>, also popularly known as Momo 19, said their vows in an Islamic wedding, which held last Sunday. Sulaiman, who is an entertainer, and Mariam, a TV host on BBS TV, have been together for five years.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cI met Momo in a hopeless place in 2015. There\u2019s no way I could tell then that she would be the one. She\u2019s different. She has turned my life around, I guess you can see the change she has brought into my life. We\u2019ve gone through a lot together. We are best friends. I\u2019m confident that she and I are destined to be great, our beautiful story is only beginning to unfold,\u201d Sulaiman said during the event.<\/p>\n

In one of the speeches that the groom made, he expressed his gratefulness towards his wife for being by his side and making him a better person. He also thanked her for accepting to be one and converting to Islam hence changing her name from Maureen to Mariam.<\/p>\n
