In an exclusive Instagram post she made on Friday 12, London-based blogger Ritah Kaggwa shared about her <\/span>\u201c<\/span>Oga’s<\/span>\u201d<\/span> welcome fete!<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cThanking everyone that acknowledged the invite and blessed the evening,\u201d she captioned a photo she posted on Instagram in which she wore<\/span>\u00a0a light blue gomesi with glittery stone and her husband in blue kitenge. <\/span><\/p>\n

The couple is in Uganda where Ritah Kaggwa is visiting with her Nigerian husband, <\/span>Joseph Oshunkoya for the first time. <\/span>Ritah’s parents made a party at her home in Matugga where her husband met her bigger family for the first time.<\/p>\n

Ritah said although she already married her husband in the UK a few years ago, he\u2019d never got to officially meet her family, \u201c<\/span>I\u2019m so happy that my husband is finally meeting my family. We got officially married in the UK but we were yet to come here. During the lockdown, I was pregnant and therefore couldn\u2019t move. I however have a few family members in the UK who were there in the presence of my marriage. My man paid the entire bride price including three cows which have even started producing. They don\u2019t owe him anything in regards to our marriage<\/span>.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

Ritah sent love to her friends that including a team of friends from the U<\/span>K for gracing her ceremony.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The couple was dressed by <\/span>@talo_couture_by_pesh<\/span><\/a> and their d\u00e9cor <\/span>done by <\/span>[<\/span>@renzionieventsacademy<\/span><\/a>,\u00a0<\/span>@renzionihill<\/span><\/a>] The couple\u2019s<\/a> beautiful photographs were shot by\u00a0<\/span>@tukubafoto<\/span><\/a> and her stunning look was completed by @nisky.ug<\/span><\/a> who did her makeup and hair.<\/span><\/p>\n
