One of Kampala\u2019s richest businessmen, Paul Ssembatya also known as Mulundannume wedded his longtime partner, Milly Nakibala last weekend at st. Mary\u2019s Cathedral Rubaga in Kampala.<\/p>\n

The couple hosted their friends and family\u00a0 in a glamourous expensive white anf black themed wedding reception.<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

The wedding was attended by some of the wealthiest men and women in town, politicians, cultural leaders, celebrities among others.<\/p>\n

These include Godfrey Kirumira and his wife, Susan Mirembe, Dr. Sarah Nkonge Muwonge, Buganda Katikiro Peter Mayiga, Dick Kizito, Dr. John Bagambe and Freeman Kiyimba, Dr Hamza Ssebunya among other<\/p>\n

Several prominent artists including Jose Chameleone, Spice Diana, Eddy Kenzo and Sheebah Karungi are among others performed at the wedding.<\/p>\n

Kirumira, the chairman of Kwagalana Group, an association of wealthy business entrepreneurs in Kampala while speaking at the reception asked the fellow rich man to treat her wife in a very good way.<\/p>\n

“I ask you to give your wife a good life,”\u00a0said Kirumira to Paul Ssembatya.<\/p>\n

“Susan is always in Portugal, Mexico Susan tell them if I’m lying. America, tell them. And you fly First Class, tell them… I don’t say what’s not true.”.”\u00a0he went on, asking his wife, who was at the event to stand up and confirm what he was saying.<\/p>\n

Kiruma asked Ssembatya’s bestman, Col. (rtd.) Dick Bugingo \u2013 the owner of Agdi Dairy Farm \u2013 to advise the groom to retire.<\/p>\n

“You also retried,”\u00a0Kirumira told Col. Bugingo.<\/p>\n

Paul Ssembatya and Milly Nakibala had been together for about four decades but they hadn’t wedded. They also share children.<\/p>\n

Kirumira, who was the chairman of the wedding, said billions were injected into the wedding event.<\/p>\n

In April this year,\u00a0the couple’s wedding launch wedding viral after a video\u00a0was shared on social media showing the business community contributing insane amounts of money.<\/p>\n

Businessman Hamis Kiggundu gave the couple Shs100 million. Kiggundu said he looks at Paul Ssembatya as his father.<\/p>\n

Tycoon Dr. John Bagambe represented a group that contributed Shs50m, another group gave Shs40m and another Shs10m.<\/p>\n

Richard Kakonge gave Shs12m and Winnie Mabirizi, the widow of Godfrey Mabirizi, the owner of Mabirizi Complex, offered Shs2 million. These figures were obtained from the<\/p>\n
