The Coronavirus pandemic has no doubt led to the disruption of many wedding plans, however, some people have made lemonade from the situation and gone ahead to have beautiful functions.
Earlier today, Archbishop Kazimba’s son, Enock Musaasizi Kazimba wedded Josephine Babirye in a small intimate ceremony at Namirembe Cathedral. The ceremony was officiated by the Rt. Rev Wilberforce Kityo Luwalira, the bishop of Namirembe Diocese.
Although the archbishop’s leadership position would normally necessitate a larger audience, this was not the case at the ceremony. The newlyweds followed the presidential guidelines on having small weddings during the lockdown in order to combat the spread of Coronavirus.
The couple coordinated their dress code with the groom’s pocket flower matching the flowers in the bride’s bouquet.
The bride was smart in a mermaid gown with beautiful embroidery at the bossom making its way up to the netted upper area of the dress. She matched it with a medium-length veil.
The groom also looked amazing in his suit made in shades of a unique blue and black.
As seen in the photos, the guests at the ceremony kept a safe distance between each other.
We congratulate the couple upon reaching this milestone.
