Just like his name, Mr Turyashemererwa was all smiles and filled with joy as he exchanged vows with the love of his life in a scientific wedding on Saturday morning.
Smartly dressed in a grey suit and a beautiful wedding gown, the couple made their way to Bishop Stuart University Chapel where they were united in the presence of family friends and relatives.
According to Campus Bee, a locally based website, the couple has been dating for four years and had decided to have their wedding on April 4 but the outbreak of the Corona Virus disrupted their plans.
“We had planned to do one with all our relatives and friends back then in the village but unfortunately the pandemic happened. So we just decided to do a ‘scientific’ wedding like H.E the President directed the nation to adapt to in the wake of the epidemic,” Turyashemererwa, the groom said.
Turyashemererwa is a long-time serving security guard at the Faculty of Law at Bishop Stuart University and according to him, he met his newly wedded wife in a church service in Mbarara.
My wedding wishes the couple a lovely and everlasting marriage.
