Over the weekend, we witnessed lots of notable lovely scientific weddings. Among them is of Angella Nassimbwa, a former Gender Minister at Makerere University Business School (MUBS) tying the knot with Henry Emmanuel Serwanga Ntege.
The couple’s scientific wedding took place at Namirembe Cathedral on Saturday, June 27, 2020.
This was after their scientific Introduction ceremony which took place two weeks prior on June 7, 2020, at Nassimbwa’s parents’ home in Buikwe district.
Nassimbwa is reported to have been a MUBS Gender Minister in the2018/2019 cohort. She recently graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management in this year’s 70th graduation ceremony in January
In a photo displayed online at the traditional ceremony, Nassimbwa looked lovely in a white Gomesi with gold embellishment designs and a black sash tied around her waist.
In another photo pose with her husband, Nassimbwa wore a red Gomesi with gold designs and tied with a gold sash. Serwanga who held her waist gently was smart in a white kanzu and black coat.
For the wedding ceremony, the bride wore a ballroom gown and held a red flowers bouquet.
Serwanga and his best man wore matching three-piece black suits with red ties and lapels.
The bridesmaids who accompanied the couple looked lovely in peach off-shoulder floor-length dresses. They equally carried red bouquets like that of the bride.
For the bride’s matron to stand out from the bridesmaids, she wore a maroon off-shoulder sequin long dress
From My Wedding team, we wish Mr and Mrs Serwanga the best in their new journey.
