Uganda Cranes forward and Vipers SC forward, Paul Mucureezi was introduced by his fiancée, Esther Swabale Khainga yesterday. The lovely ceremony took place at the home of Khainga’s parents in Mukono.
The excited Mucureezi shared colorful pictures of his traditional wedding and captioned it as, “The boundary lines have fallen for me in pleasant places.”
In the photos, the former KCCA FC and Mbarara City FC forward is seen smartly dressed in a white Kiganda kanzu paired with a maroon blazer. His wife who stood beside him looked lovely in a peach Gomesi tied with a maroon sash which added a pop of color to her outfit.
Khainga kept it simple and classy with minimal accessories since her outfit had a lot of glitter.
In another photo which Mucureezi captioned as, “A great day it had been…. Will love you forever my dear.”
The bride is seen to have changed into a Mushanana wear of baby pink and grey and another of royal blue and white.
She also kept it minimal with accessories of a pair of big round pearl earrings, a rope designed necklace and bangle plus a head band for her hairstyle.
A day before the ceremony, the excited groom posted pre-wedding photos of the both them in matching blue African designed shirts and trousers hinting about the ceremony.
The poster made indicated the progress of the marriage arrangements. It said, Give-away ceremony when Esther introduces Paul and it was captioned as, “Step 3 loading 83%.”
In another photo of the both them besides a water fall he wrote, “Once in a while, right in the middle of an ordinary life, love gives us fairy tale.”
Prior to their traditional wedding in the past few months, the couple has been displaying several pre-wedding wedding photos of the both of them in matching football jerseys and shorts.
After their wedding photos went viral, fans, friends and family rushed to pour their congratulatory messages to the couple.
