Singer Rema Namakula and husband Dr Hamza Ssebunya are set to hold a mega wedding, Dr Ssebunya has revealed.
The two had their traditional introduction ceremony on November 14 2019. The glamorous eventful ceremony was highly publicized and attended by politicians, celebrities among other Ugandans.
Speaking to BBS TV at the wedding of during the wedding ceremony of city tycoon Paul Ssembatya and Milly Nakibala held at hosted at Kigo Gardens, located along Kigo Road in Kampala., Dr Sebunya revealed that they are in advanced preparations of having their overdue wedding with wife Rema.
“We will have our wedding soon, my wife knows we stopped on the introduction ceremony. We shall be updating the media because you may think all was done but that is not true. We shall do something unique very soon,” he said.
At the same wedding, the doctor surprised guests when he was called to the state by Rema’s Ex fiancé, Eddy Kenzo Musuza who was performing at the wedding. The two hugged each other and danced like they were best of friends.
Rema separated from Kenzo after spending years together. The couple have a child between them. Commenting on the relationship with Kenzo, Hamza said.
“There are no issues between me and Kenzo. Things always change. All that is in the best. I know who I am and I don’t need to compete or be on bad terms with anyone,” he said.
Rema and Hamza also have a daughter together who was born in 2021.
